#Cre8time begins with Stamping... and Morphs into Jewelry!!! AMAZING Inspiration by Maria Soto

Hi there, this is Maria and today I hope to inspire you to use your molds in other ways. I have to admit I LOVE my Amazing Mold Rubber Stamp {click here to view} and will be using it a lot in my art journal.  However, as I was looking at the mold, I thought it would be fun to use some Amazing Clear Cast Resin along with the Alumidust colors to see what it would look like. I love the shine from these fun Alumidust colors – it's my first time using these in my crafting, and I can't wait to use them again.

This photo shows the different Alumidust colors I applied,
both using my fingers and a dry brush.

I love how the piece looked after the resin cured over night. I thought about just adding a hanger and place it outside on my front porch as a spring decoration – I think the sunlight would reflect nicely on this piece.

The Amazing Clear Cast Resin cured after setting over night! I love the colors and transparency! I made it a thin resin pour on purpose because after a bit of thinking... I decided to cut it all up and use the pieces in my art journal. As I finished cutting, I was left with the center and one small piece attached... I thought it resembled a necklace! I like ethnic jewelry and that's what it looked like to me – so I left the piece alone, and filed the sides a bit. Then I added some glitter to the edge, a hanger to the back and some silver chain... and it's all ready to be worn.

I love to be able to use a mold in more than one way! I see all these different designs in my mind, that I'm going to have to spend my Cre8time making some more molds. I hope my post has inspired to look around at what you have on hand and find another creative use.

What shape mold would you design
to transform into AMAZING Jewels?
